£100 Broker Fee Discount — Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility. Either your current residential address or the address of the property you are
purchasing, remortgaging or raising finance against must be within the BS19, BS20, BS21 or BS48 postcode areas (Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea & surrounding areas). - Quote code. You must quote “Together Portishead” when you first make contact, by phone, email or online enquiry. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
- One per client. Usable once per client. Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer.
- Timing. The discount is applied at the point of mortgage offer and deducted from the broker fee payable at that stage.
- Qualifying products. Applies to residential, remortgage, buy-to-let and further-advance applications. Excludes protection products, conveyancing, lender arrangement fees and third-party charges.
- No cash alternative. The discount has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.
- Offer period. Available to new enquiries received between 1 July 2026 and 31 December 2026. Mortgage Style reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.

- Winner. Drawn at random on 1 August 2026 and notified by email within 5 working days. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Mortgage Style reserves the right to redraw.
