Terms and Conditions
- Choose Mortgage Style for mortgage advice and get £200 off the broker fee when you choose to go ahead with the deal researched by our advisors.
- The remaining broker fee (after discount) will need to be paid (full fee – discount = remaining fee to pay).
- The precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but will range from £495 to £595 and this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. The £200 discount will be applied to the broker fee agreed.
- This incentive runs from 1st July 2025
- The offer does not have an end date & can be withdrawn at any time.
- The £200 discount is only valid on the first mortgage arranged for new clients referred to Mortgage Style. If the client returns for mortgage advice on additional properties, or the original mortgage comes to the end of the fixed rate period and the client seeks advice for a remortgage, the full broker fee is payable.
