Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The prize draw is organised by Brunel Bridging, located at Elm Tree Farm Estate, Sheepway, Portbury, Bristol BS20 7TF (“the Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    The prize draw is open only to registered attendees of The Property Developer Show in Bristol on 30th April 2025.
    Entrants must be 18 years or over and UK residents.
    Only one entry per person is allowed.
    Employees or associates of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter
    To enter, attendees must submit details of their property portfolio using the Promoter’s online form, accessible at: [Insert Web Address].
    Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on 30th May 2025.
    No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  4. Prizes
    There are three prizes available:
    - 1st Prize: Nintendo Switch
    - 2nd Prize: A pair of wireless ear buds
    - 3rd Prize: A bottle of champagne
    Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification
    Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
    The draw will take place on 1st May 2025.
    Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 working days.
    If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
  6. Publicity
    By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw, such as having their name published in post-event communications.
    No personal images will be used without express consent.
  7. Data Protection
    Personal data provided will only be used for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at this link.
    Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  8. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms if necessary due to events outside its control.
    The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or late entries, or any issues beyond its reasonable control.
    The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
