Quote “Innova Property” when you get in touch, and we’ll take £200 off your bill. That means, if you’re buying a standard ‘buy-to-let’ or need bridging finance, your fee will be £295 and if you’re buying under a limited company your fee will be £395.
Don’t worry, in all cases we’ll talk you through what the fee will be before you commit. We only charge it if we find finance for you and you decide to go ahead.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. The precise amount of the fee will depend on your circumstances and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. Typically, in most cases, our fee will be £495. We charge £595 for bridging and adverse credit cases.
